maybe next time

Exam season is definitely not the healthiest season, for me at least. Throughout the three weeks of ib exams, I’ve been completely ignoring my “diet”. Whenever I was craving for something, I told myself to just go for it, regardless of the amount of calories I was about to consume, and weight I was bound to gain. My excuse? To save myself from more stress cause I was already occupied with so much exam stress afterall, hehe. Plus, Ramadhan starts the same day as my last paper. Saw this as an opportunity to re-evaluate and reconsider my diet plan.

Five days into Ramadhan.... here I am
